Hi, I'm the founder of a men's shoe brand. I used to be very afraid of custom production - endless modifications, misunderstandings of specifications, and uneven quality almost made me give up. I proposed three details for the shoe last, and they implemented them one by one, including widening the toe box and raising the instep. Their designers never asked for my opinions perfunctorily, and I adjusted the shoe last three times, each time getting closer to the effect I wanted.
Once the shoe shape was determined to be perfect, they made samples with the Italian leather I chose and the EVA sole. This saved a lot of sample making time, reduced material loss, and ultimately reduced my costs.
Before shipping, their team sent HD videos - zooming in on the stitching, flexing the sole, rotating the shoe in natural light. I noticed a small blemish on the sole. They fixed it within 24 hours and resent the video. No guesswork.
Samples arrived in 7 days. Really? The thickness of the leather, the feel of the sole, the weight - the photo captures 90%, the real thing captures 150%. "The real shoe is better than the photo" (The real shoe is better than the photo).
