The main challenge was transforming the customer's creative idea into a manufacturable sneaker while maintaining the original design vision. The sneaker featured a blue suede side panel with white star patterns, requiring precise detailing, consistent pattern placement, premium appearance, and durable construction. To achieve the desired look and feel, the customer selected a combination of soft grey suede upper, blue suede decorative panels, and a clean white outsole. LANCI carefully balanced different materials, colors, and construction details to create a premium sneaker with a unique visual identity and excellent wearability.
