Don't take 100 pairs. Take 50 pairs.
3000 dollars is totally fine for 50 pairs of genuine leather custom men's shoes. You can pick two or three colors. Sell them out, then reorder.
A small batch of good shoes is ten times better than a pile of bad inventory. Your customers will come back. Your reputation stays intact. And you'll have the confidence to order more next time.
